Submit requests through in-app support or official support channels and include enough information to identify your account and the request scope.

We may ask for identity verification to protect your data against unauthorized disclosure.

We aim to respond within one month under GDPR, subject to lawful extensions for complex requests.

Email getmemorio.dev@gmail.com with subject "Account deletion" from your registered address. We delete or anonymize personal data unless retention is required by law (e.g. tax, fraud prevention).

You may request a machine-readable export of decks and progress where technically feasible. Some derived analytics may not be portable.
